Hydration

By the end of this module, you will know how much YOU need to drink for your body. Remember we are all different so naturally all our hydrations needs will be different for each of us.

You will also learn how to drink! Who knew that there is a technique to getting hydrated! Pretty much every client we see in clinic doesn't realise this.

Macronutrients

By the end of this module, you will be able to clearly identify what macronutrient every ingredient on your plate is, every day. You will understand why you need a range of proteins, fats and carbohydrates on your plate.

BUT most importantly you will know how to eat for your body!!! No one else's but YOURS. Remember unless a food is filled with chemicals, it's not BAD. Just like kale isn't good for everyone. In this module you will learn what is right for your body, and if it's causing you inflammation then you know it isn't right. No matter how much the internet wants to tell you it is. Goodbye confusion. Hello listening and understanding your body.

Inflammation

By the end of this module you will learn which foods are causing you inflammation, and how to recognise if they are. How to listen to your body. You will understand the impact of your symptoms on your body and WHY you want to stop the inflammation in your body. What impact is it really having on your health. You'll also learn some DIY techniques you can do at home, to become your best health detective when it comes to working out your own personal food sensitivities.

Gut health

In this module you will learn about the gut- brain connection. You will learn what is the cause of your gut inflammation, and how you know you are inflamed. How to heal your gut. How to re introduce foods back into your diet after you have removed them.

Digestion

In this module, you will learn how digestion really works. Remember it's not just about what we are putting into our mouths, but HOW we are eating. This is really important. You will learn all the steps of digestion in your body, it's a north to south process beginning in our brains. You will learn the impact that lack of correct digestion has on our bodies and how this can cause inflammation. You will also learn techniques of how to eat. Remember when you have education, you have empowerment. By the end of this module you will understand how important correct digestion is to your body. You will learn about stomach acid and how you can correct this. You will learn some easy techniques to get you parasympathetic (rest/digest.) REMEMBER when stress is on (you are sympathetic dominant) digestion is OFF!

Sleep

You will end this module realising that a good night's sleep is a non negotiable to your health and your wellbeing. You will get excited about going to bed and getting sleep. Our bodies are amazing and when we know why we need sleep, and what our bodies are doing while we sleep, you will want to prioritise it.

Having completed all 6 modules, you will feel empowered. No longer will your body feel like a mystery. We constantly hear from clients in clinic that their bodies feel a mystery to them, that they feel overwhelmed and powerless, they don't understand their symptoms.

At the end of this course you will feel like you can trust your body. That you know what is it saying to you. You will realise that symptoms are just a way of your body telling you it's out of balance and it just needs your help to make some changes. You will be your bodies BEST health detective. You will be empowered and educated about YOUR individual body, which means than you can use the internet and your google searches through the lenses of understanding your body and getting more useful resources from Google, rather than it feeling overwhelming and confusing.
